About Us
Louise Cullen
Chartered MCIPD, PGDip MCMI fCMgr, Mindfulness Coach, Seasonal Yoga Teacher
Louise runs Tranceform from her base in Stirling. Her work is values-led and grounded in kindness, compassion and practicality. Louise is passionate about helping people bring mindfulness into everyday life in a way that feels realistic, accessible and supportive of individual lifestyles.
Seeking a more mindful approach to work and life, Louise completed a 10-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course at the University of Strathclyde. This life-changing experience had a profound impact on her wellbeing and shaped the direction of her work. She went on to train as a Meditation Facilitator with the University of Strathclyde and completed the Mindfulness Foundation and Mindfulness Certificate qualifications with the Mindfulness Association at Samye Ling Tibetan Centre in Dumfries and Galloway. Louise is a current member of both the Mindfulness Association, the CIPD and the CMI.
Drawing her experience together into a cohesive offering, Louise has developed an eight-session mindfulness coaching programme. She provides one-to-one coaching and guided practice, either as standalone sessions or as part of a longer programme, alongside regular eight-week courses and workshops.
Alongside her individual work, Louise supports organisations through people-centred mindfulness and HR-informed practice. She has worked with a range of corporate and cultural organisations including Creative Scotland, Anderson Strathern, Prudential, The National Galleries of Scotland, The Smith Art Gallery and Museum, Brown-Forman, CIPD, Kained Holdings and Moët Hennessy. Louise holds a postgraduate diploma in HR Management and continues to develop new mindfulness programmes.
Outside of her work, Louise is married to Andrew, is stepmum to Mimi and mum to Harris and Indie, and shares her home with two fluffy dogs cuddly, food-oriented lady, Coco, and recent rescue and senior gent, Marley.
