Our seasonal workshops are typically held at our studio in Whins of Milton, Stirling or local studios in the area. Open to all experience levels, these sessions explore key themes in mindfulness and compassion, offering practical tools that can be applied in everyday life.

Session Details

Our seasonal workshops often include yoga led by associate Iyengar yoga instructor Kirsty Duncan, an extended group mindfulness practice with Louise, and a nutritious homemade lunch enjoyed together alongside guided discussion. When the weather allows, sessions may also include outdoor mindfulness practice in the surrounding area.

These integrative workshops are designed to offer a deeper, more immersive experience of mindfulness, movement and connection.
