The base practices are taught across eight structured sessions. In these sessions, you will develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions and habitual patterns, guided by mindfulness coach Louise.
Each session introduces meditation practices and practical approaches to navigating life’s challenges with greater calm, clarity and resilience.
Individual tailored sessions are available in person in Stirling or online and are £50 per session.

Your one-to-one mindfulness sessions are a dedicated space to reflect, explore and build practical tools for everyday life. This is about sharing your challenges and understanding how mindfulness can help. Through her mindfulness practice and coaching technique, Louise offers a calm and supportive environment where you can work through challenges, deepen your awareness and develop a more balanced approach to stress and change.
Each session lasts one hour and follows a clear, progressive structure, helping you build confidence and consistency in your mindfulness practice.
