One to One Mindfulness Sessions

Designed for both individuals who are starting out on their mindfulness journey or those seeking to deepen their practice with themselves, we offer a tailored person centred programme.

Individual Mindfulness Sessions

Through 8 individual sessions, you will get to know your own mind as coach Louise guides you through meditation practices and suggested approaches to the challenges of life. All of our teachings are shaped in a way that is accessible and allows you to practice mindfulness through everyday tasks, leading to a happier and healthier you. You’ll be left wondering why you didn’t start sooner!

Individual sessions are available in person in Stirling or online and are £45 per session.

Session Details

​These are your sessions to share, to talk, to understand and to find some balance. Louise provides a safe, supportive session for you to do this. Holding the space for you to work through whatever is required. Each session is one hour long and there is a progression to the teaching.
