Our favourite free meditation app that we often recommend during our own meditation classes. Insight Timer is community led meditation app that brings you together with professional and world renowned teachers through a vast library of guided sessions.

Headspace
Designed by retired monk Andy Puddicombe, Headspace is a comprehensive hub focused on improving the mental health of its users. Its fun and carefree theme makes it very accessible to anyone who may not be as forthcoming to mindfulness and meditation.

Calm
Another firm favourite among meditators, Calm is a great app to help you find health and happiness. Mainly centred around improving sleep quality and reducing anxiety, there’s tons of tracks from breathing techniques to calming exercises.
