Sharing our love for mindfulness with our community isn't just about booking in a session with us. Whether you're here to practice with us or are just passing by to test the waters, we are delighted to have you here. On this page you'll find lots of free resources available to you; including pre-recorded meditations, links to articles, our recommended reading list and much more.

Reading Resources

One of our favourite ways to expand our knowledge on our mind and body is to curl up with a good book. Because the practice of mindfulness has been around for centuries, more specifically within the eastern world traditions in Buddhism, there’s a wealth of hardbacks to get our hands on.

From literature designed for beginners to publications for those seeking deeper understanding, we have put together our recommended reading lists to expand your library.
